Paul Rodgers has a MS degree in Naval Architecture and is a PhD candidate in Materials Science Engineering at University of the Philippines. He has experience with propeller design, machining and manufacturing processes, turbomachinery, pumps, and turbines. He currently is an assistant professor at Mechanical Engineering Department in College of Engineering, University of the Philippines.
